  • What is your pricing structure?

We keep everything very simple. We do not think you should have to use a calculator to figure out how much your purchase is worth. We want to you to feel confident in your purchase no matter what time of year you sign up.

  • What are your classes like?

You won’t hear fancy “traditional yoga” words or complicated theories about your life. We don’t complicate the poses with our own jargon. We make yoga clear and simple. We will ask you to get on your mat, to feel your feet on the ground, and to see possibility in your life.

Experienced practitioners, you will have space to flow and build your practice. New practitioners, you will be fully supported with the tools to explore yoga in your own way.

  • Do I have to take a yoga class to enjoy the coffee?

No. We operate as a full coffee shop as well as a yoga studio. You are welcome to come for coffee and açai bowls even if you don’t come for a class.

Our cafe hours are M-F 6am-6pm, Sat 8am-12pm, Sun 8am-12pm

You can grab your coffee and go or you can stay and hang out in our Lab Space. The Lab is a flexible workspace designed to be a calm, quiet environment for connection.
